Job Description: 
Softrams is looking for aSubject Matter Expert with mastery level knowledge of the Integrated Data Repository (IDR) at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This resource will support CMS program efforts in the effective utilization of the IDR data resources and analytical tools. The ideal candidate needs to be an expertin Medicare and Medicaid data residing within the IDR.This is a full-time W-2 opportunity.   

Federal Requirements:

    • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.  
    • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.  
    • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.  

Basic Qualifications:

    • Performs hands-on IDR data query work and/or guides others in needed data queries, data engineering, and data analysis.  
    • Contributes to specialized knowledge and provides mentorship and training to teams through IDR data coaching and consulting on query building and optimization.   
    • Verifies business and technical information, including the training manuals, user guides, and system requirements.

Public Trust Clearance:

Work Location:
We have open-collaboration offices in Leesburg VA and Baltimore MD for those who may prefer to work on-site. However, Softrams is a 100% remote-first team environment. Softrams works in the eastern time zone and standard work hours are 9am ET to 5pm ET with flexibility around start and end times based on team needs.
