Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Help Desk Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow established IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years related work experience
- Experience with M365/Windows environments
