Responsibilities

Provide first and second level technical support to end-users regarding Office 365 applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues related to Office 365 services.
Monitor and maintain Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
Assist in the configuration, deployment, and migration of Office 365 applications and services.
Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Document incidents, solutions, and procedures related to Office 365 support.
Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of Office 365 services.
Train end-users on Office 365 applications and functionalities as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, specifically supporting Office 365.
Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, including user management, security, and compliance features.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and stakeholders.
