  • Assist in the configuration, deployment, and migration of Office 365 applications and services.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures related to Office 365 support.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of Office 365 services.
  • Train end-users on Office 365 applications and functionalities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, specifically supporting Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, including user management, security, and compliance features.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with end-users and stakeholders.
