As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining case management applications using the Entellitrak platform. You will work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Java and Entellitrak to enhance the functionality and performance of our case management systems.
Responsibilities
Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain case management applications on the Entellitrak platform using Java and related technologies.
Implement and optimize custom workflows, business rules, and data models to meet organizational needs.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and other interfaces for seamless interaction between systems.
Platform Customization:
Customize and extend Entellitrak functionalities to support business processes and improve user experience.
Configure Entellitrak modules, including case types, tasks, and reports, to align with business requirements.
Implement and manage Entellitrak security settings, user roles, and permissions.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of case management applications and the Entellitrak platform.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to case management applications and the Entellitrak platform.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with the Entellitrak platform, including case management, workflows, and customizations.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
