Junior Mechanical Engineer (Power Supply/Systems)

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer with academic or professional experience in power supply and power systems. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components related to power supplies in various applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer to work with senior engineers on complex projects, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical and power system engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems related to power supplies and power distribution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop specifications, models, and simulations for power supply systems in various industries.
• Support the creation of technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and system integration guidelines.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure systems meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
• Assist in the evaluation of materials, components, and suppliers to optimize mechanical designs for power supply systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, identifying and resolving issues related to power supply performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
• Participate in the review and improvement of designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in power supply technologies, mechanical systems, and engineering best practices.
