Lead Data Scientist (Algorithm & Python)

Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Experts
• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and infrastructure for large volumes of data
• Develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models and applications
• Ensure data quality, security, and availability
• Integrate ML models with SaaS platforms and other services
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop and test models
• Drive code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards
• Provide live on-call support and own production issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement ideas
• Build secure and scalable systems for managing customer data

Requirements

• Graduate-level degree (Masters or PhD preferred) with at least 3 years of experience leading teams, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
• Experience leading projects from design to production with high technical standards
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data management and building pipelines
• Proficiency in machine learning and Python, including data manipulation libraries
• Knowledge of NLP algorithms and libraries, as well as statistical analysis techniques
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark and TensorFlow is a plus
• Proof of US Citizenship due to regulations
