Responsibilities

Works as an actuarial focused team member within information technology practice area
Supports client’s products and product development
Participates in development lifecycle of technical solutions to support client’s products and business operations
Builds thorough understanding of client’s business, technology and process needs
Serves as a liaison between internal and external clients, operations, and IT teams
Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information
Validates system calculations and output using external software, primarily Excel
Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels

Requirements

At least five years of relevant Life and Annuity insurance experience
Experience in end-to-end business operations and systems for Life and Annuity product lines
Experience working with varied Life and Annuity products (e.g., Term Life, Whole Life, Annuities)

The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 - $208,672. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
