Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes for aerospace components from concept through production.
  • Design and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products and resolve design-related manufacturing issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and outcomes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and validation tests for new and modified processes.
  • Optimize production efficiency by implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3 years) working as a Manufacturing Engineer in the aerospace industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
