About the Role

As a MarTech Solutions Architect, you’ll craft strategic solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drive account-based management initiatives for a leading enterprise in the industry. Your role will be pivotal as you engage cross-functional teams, design advanced MarTech architectures, and support transformative initiatives like launching Mobile Messaging and establishing a unique partner identification system.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the overall Martech architecture, including data integration, campaign management, analytics, and automation systems.
Create scalable and extensible solutions accommodating future growth and changing business needs.
Ensure performance optimization and adherence to data governance and security measures.
Lead the implementation of Martech solutions, closely collaborating with marketing, IT, and data teams.
Manage integration of Martech systems with other business systems for seamless data flow and efficient processes.
Establish and implement system and technical standards across marketing technology landscape.
Build trust and collaboration with Marketing and Sales organizations.
Advocate for IT initiatives and lead technical mentoring.
Act as Development Lead in collaboration with MSP teams, vendors, and FTEs to ensure program quality and compliance with enterprise standards

Qualifications & Skills

15+ years of experience guiding B2B ecosystems through MarTech transformations.
5+ years in consulting.
Proficient in Marketo, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Extensive technical experience with Salesforce platform development.
Demonstrated ability in building innovative marketing applications.
Strong leadership in development and cross-functional integration.
Experience in data security, privacy, and secure data transfers.
Expertise in technical mentorship and process improvement.

$125 - $150 an hour

The stated hourly rate is a good faith estimate of what Formula.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting and is applicable for eligible candidates located in Washington state or other locations. Formula.Monks may ultimately pay more or less depending on job-related factors.
