Member Service Representative

We are seeking a knowledgeable Member Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the credit union/banking industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with their financial transactions, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This position features quarterly incentives and offers hybrid flexibility after 6 months of fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and written questions, concerns, and complaints regarding membership.
• Providing information on membership fees, policies, processes, benefits, products, and services.
• Actively listening to members and identifying their needs.
• Recommending and cross-selling products and services to members and potential members.
• Investigating and resolving or escalating membership and payment issues.
• Assessing member eligibility and processing payments, applications, and requests.
• Documenting all inquiries and maintaining accurate membership records.

Requirements

• Must have experience working for Credit Union or Bank
• High school diploma/GED.
• Customer service experience required.
• Sales experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills

$20 - $22 an hour
