Summary

Responsibilities

  • Originate mortgage loans by building relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate mortgage solutions.
  • Assist clients with the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted.
  • Evaluate clients' financial information to determine loan eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor loan status and keep clients informed throughout the process.
  • Meet or exceed established loan production goals.
  • Participate in networking and community events to promote the company's mortgage services.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Valid NMLS license.

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with over 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a valid NMLS license. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This position has hybrid flexibility after 90 days.
