.Net Developer

Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner; optimize application performance and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Develop and execute unit tests; collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (higher clearance is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer (3+ years) with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO .NET, and .NET Core.
• 8570 IAT Level II Compliance (Security+) Certification heavily preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
