Responsibilities

  • Manage office supply and fruit/snack inventory; order supplies as needed
  • Manage the Human Resource/Health and Safety aspects for the office in coordination with HR
  • Manage workplace projects and vendors to ensure smooth operation of the office
  • Generate company-wide announcements regarding overall culture initiatives, contest winners, games, etc.
  • Plan, implement, and successfully execute team events, trainings, and other activities
  • Assist with coordination of Human Resource activities and recruitment
  • Coordinate events, quarterly team building activities, staff birthdays, and employee goodies

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Executive Administrative Assistant and/or Office Management experience desired

As Office Manager of an International office, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and building the office environment/culture for your respective region while creating initiatives that help the team drive hyper-growth. You will work with the HR Operations Specialist, Director of People Operations and all stakeholders and leaders on the ground.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supply and fruit/snack inventory; order supplies as needed
  • Manage the Human Resource/Health and Safety aspects for your respective office in coordination with HR.
  • Manage workplace projects and vendors to ensure smooth operation of the office
  • Generate company wide announcements for distribution to all employees regarding overall culture initiatives, contest winners, games, etc.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying
  • Plan, implement, and successfully execute team events, trainings, and other activities as requested in coordination with HR and local leadership
  • Assist with coordination of Human Resource activities
  • Assist with recruitment activities (e.g. occasionally welcoming candidates for their interview)
  • Come up with creative ideas to keep the company culture alive
  • Internal communication via Monthly Newsletters, Slack, E-mail and other ways of communication
  • Coordinate events, quarterly team building activities, staff birthdays, shipping employee goodies etc.
  • Support the Facilities team where needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer,etc)
  • Executive Administrative Assistant and/or Office Management experience desired
