The Role
We're looking for a visionary Organizational Design leader to lead transformative initiatives that enhance our organizational effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will diagnose challenges, craft innovative solutions, and implement changes that resonate throughout the company. Collaborating with business leaders, partners, and the people team, you will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Some key responsibilities of the role -

    • Diagnose Organizational Needs: Dive deep into the organization's structure, processes, people, systems, and culture to uncover challenges that hinder our effectiveness.
    • Design Solutions: Be the architect of change by developing and rolling out tailored OD interventions that align with our business goals and close identified gaps.
    • Lead Change Management: Become a change champion, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring the smooth adoption of new practices and behaviors.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong relationships with senior leaders, people leaders, and business partners, gaining their support and alignment on OD initiatives.
    • Drive Continuous Improvement: Keep the momentum going by monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions, iterating and refining strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
    • Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in OD, bringing fresh, long-term perspectives to our organization.
    • Program Management: Manage multiple projects and initiatives with finesse, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with precision.

Some key requirements of the role -

    • 8-10 years in OD or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in leading OD intervention from design to implemention or L&D, and a proven track record in managing complex change initiatives.
    • Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and L&D. Proficiency in designing and implementing OD interventions, with strong analytical skills including dashboard creation and data interpretation.
    • Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening, probing, and conflict management. Must be adept at working in a remote environment, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong connections with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to inspire and influence others, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and adapting, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
