What We Are Building:

    • In our dynamic organisation, the HR team plays a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our company. As a People Business Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, you will work remotely from either the US, supporting the Head of Sales and their team. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering the growth and success of our sales and go-to-market teams.

Your Impact:

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy tailored to support the global GTM teams.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Head of Sales and Go-To-Market teams, offering guidance on people-related matters.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational success.
    • Oversee talent development and retention strategies, addressing the specific needs of the sales and go-to-market teams.
    • Manage performance evaluation processes to enhance productivity and facilitate growth.
    • Act as a liaison between Atlanians and management, resolving conflicts and cultivating a positive work environment.
    • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
    • Design and deliver training programs customized for the sales and go-to-market teams.
    • Provide valuable insights through HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.

What We Look For:

    • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership partner role.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting sales and go-to-market teams.
    • Proven track record of scaling sales and go-to-market teams vertically, horizontally, and globally.
    • Background in technology/SaaS/data industry preferred.
    • Ability to think strategically and independently to support organizational growth.
    • Proficiency in facilitating meaningful leadership conversations.
    • Expertise in strategic HR alignment with business objectives.
    • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and performance management skills.
    • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, hyper-growth startup environment.
