Seeking a Stellar People Experience Intern at Insider!

• At Insider, we’re not just building teams but crafting the future of workplace culture. And we’re looking for an engaged, organized, and vibrant all-star People Experience Intern to lead the charge!
• Our next People Experience Intern will get involved in a wide range of projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Insider a great place to work.

As a People Experience Intern in Insider, day in and day out, you:

• will be support creating and organizing engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition and well-being programs.
• will be support developing and managing budgets for People Experience initiatives.
• will support measuring and prepare reports to improve team member satisfaction and engagement levels.
• will be support implementing strategies to create a fluent work environment.
• will support contributing to developing and promoting the company's employer brand internally and externally.
• will be assisting in creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• will be open to going beyond assigned responsibilities and eager to participate in new and out-of-field tasks.
