What You'll Be Doing:

    • Conduct the onboarding process for new employees,
    • Facilitate the introduction of new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures (onboarding orientation and follow-up).
    • Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, answering questions, helping with enrollment, and resolving benefit-related issues.
    • Support the overall management of benefits (inclusion, exclusion, and purchase).
    • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in People systems.
    • Generate reports and analyses to inform strategic People decisions.
    • Conduct internal audits and organize People Ops documents.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Proactively and effectively resolve issues, ensuring employee satisfaction.

What You Need To Succeed:

    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
