Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer (Cleared)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft development, with a strong background in software design, development, and implementation. You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining our PeopleSoft applications to ensure they meet organizational needs and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Develop, configure, and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and other relevant tools.
System Integration: Integrate PeopleSoft applications with other internal and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
Upgrade and Migration: Participate in PeopleSoft application upgrades, including data migration, testing, and validation.
User Support: Collaborate with end-users and business analysts to understand requirements, provide training, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed and modified applications, including technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Compliance: Ensure all PeopleSoft applications comply with organizational policies, standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a focus on modules such as HR, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.
Experience with PeopleSoft Query and SQL.
Familiarity with Integration Broker, Web Services, and XML.
Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL tuning.
Experience with PeopleSoft security and workflow development.
Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
