Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in capturing high-quality photographs for various projects and initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, product photography, and editorial content. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in photography. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Required Clearance: Secret
Required Education: HSD or GED
Required Experience: Two+ (2+) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
路Capturing high-quality images, studio headshots, event photography, photo editing, and printing.
路Set up and adjust camera equipment, lighting, and props to achieve desired compositions and visual effects.
路Ensure that images meet established quality standards, including composition, exposure, focus, and color accuracy.
路Assist in editing and retouching photographs using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
路Crop, resize, and optimize images for use across various digital and print platforms.
路Assist in maintaining photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
路Organize and maintain the photography studio and props to ensure a clean, functional, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
路Collaborate with team members to ensure that photography assets are properly tagged, categorized, and archived.
路Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance website visual appeal and branding.
路Select and edit high-quality images and multimedia content for use on web pages.
路Demonstrated passion for photography and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient work.
路Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including camera settings, lighting, and composition.
路Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
路Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Assoc or Art degree preferred (not required)
