We are seeking a dynamic PHP Tech Lead to drive the technical strategy and implementation of large-scale projects, covering everything from hosting account setup to SSL, backups and other features implementation. What You Will Do:

Lead the technical strategy and implementation of large-scale projects (28M requests per day), driving reliability and efficiency.
Mentor team members to grow technically into senior roles, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Ensure high-quality coding standards and knowledge sharing.
Work alongside top-tier engineers from other teams to identify the best architectural solutions.
Enjoy complete creative freedom to make decisions and implement them from scratch with the support of your team.

What We Expect:

Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, with a focus on finding optimal solutions for large-scale projects.
Experience with Redis, Pub Sub, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Strong knowledge of operating and developing large-scale services. This includes the application of scalability and observability best practices, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming patterns.
In-depth knowledge of service-based architecture, database design, and distributed systems.
Ability to build, lead, and implement technical project strategy and architecture.
Mentorship and the ability to foster team growth and promote high-quality code.
High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field.
Experience with Go is preferred but not mandatory.
