Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Power BI/Automate Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and creating efficient workflows with Power Automate. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and automate business processes to enhance efficiency. This position is fully remote and a 6 month contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

    • Power BI Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
    • Implement data models and ETL processes to consolidate data from various sources.
    • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
    • Power Automate Development:
    • Create, test, and deploy automated workflows to streamline business processes.
    • Integrate Power Automate flows with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Automate functionalities.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
