Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Power Electronics Manager with a strong background in power systems and a proven track record of working on Navy projects or contracts. The Power Electronics Manager will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing power electronics systems and components for naval applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance with military specifications. Potential hybrid 1-2 days remote per week after 90 days.

    • Develop and oversee the implementation of control algorithms for power electronics systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics systems into larger naval platforms and systems.
    • Ensure thorough testing and validation of power electronics components and systems to meet military standards and specifications.
    • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
    • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
