  • Understanding of software development life-cycle principles
  • Experience working with diverse teams across complex organizations
  • Experience managing engagement with executive level partners
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Computer Science (or equivalent)

Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a Product Manager to build state of the art offsite media experience. The ideal candidate will develop offsite personalized, targeted, dynamic ads and landing pages experiences. They will work on product areas that grow the advertising value of the marketplace, for both advertisers and users.  They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and design, to develop and implement features that deliver personalized experiences to our users.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Define Vision and Strategy, develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for targeting and personalization
    • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
    • Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of personalization initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success
    • Lead the development and optimization of offsite media advertising strategies and tools to drive targeted marketing efforts and enhance customer acquisition
    • Develop advanced segmentation tools that enable precise targeting and personalization of user experiences based on detailed user attributes and behaviors
    • Oversee the creation, optimization, and analysis of user cohorts to improve targeting accuracy and personalization effectiveness
    • Design and implement self-service tools that empower advertisers to create, manage, and optimize their own targeted offsite advertising campaigns
    • Lead initiatives to develop dynamic content generation capabilities that automatically personalize content for users based on their preferences and behavior
    • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in platform product management  
    • 6+ years of experience in high scale online services  
    • 2+ years’ experience designing digital advertising platforms 
    • Experience with the development of experimentation, recommendation and other platforms/platform components  
    • Understand software development life-cycle principles and online services management  
    • Experience working with diverse teams and partners across complex organizations to achieve results  
    • Experience managing engagement with executive level partners  
    • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product  
    • Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition  
    • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product  
    • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Computer Science (or Equivalent Job Experience) 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with development and use of ad tech in apps  
    • Advanced degree with a focus on business or product management  
    • Familiarity with technical aspects of programmatic digital advertising including industry standards and best practices
    • Demonstrated ability across a host of skill sets, including customer segmentation, new product strategy and execution, product analytics
    • Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations
    • Ability to earn trust across all levels of an organization
    • Passion for technology, curiosity to dive deep into Swiftly’s suite of technical products and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge
$180,000 - $220,000 a year
The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
