Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to optimize algorithm strategies.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in algorithm development, data analysis, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills with proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with large-scale data sets preferred.
Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global remote team.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, especially in the crypto space.

Manage the ecosystem-related projects, including project planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination, ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expected quality standards.
Progress monitoring, regularly report project progress and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to address challenge.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to identify business issues and optimization opportunities.
Build statistical and machine learning models to support the formulation and implementation of algorithm strategies.
Establish quality monitoring systems for algorithms to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to continuously optimize algorithm strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements

Over 5-8 years of experience in algorithm development, data analysis, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, capable of deriving business insights from data and providing solutions, preferably proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale data sets is preferred.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.
