Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including military personnel, civilian staff, and external partners.
  • Ensure all programs comply with military regulations and standards. Prepare and present regular reports on program status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact program delivery.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops for staff to enhance skills and ensure readiness for mission objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with Program Management and Army politics is required.
  • Former Military/GS-15 experience or above.
  • Experience with program funding for DoD.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
