Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with shipping carriers.
Coordinate shipping activities with carriers for all print providers' portfolios.
Ensure consistent delivery of shipping profits for all regions in line with company OKRs.
Analyze margins and price competitiveness, implementing strategies as needed.
Manage the shipping price update process from end to end.
Own main carrier contracts and ensure their performance metrics are met.
Source new shipping methods within the region and negotiate target shipping prices.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a logistics role.
Strong negotiating, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High sense of responsibility and effective planning abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Fluent in English.

The Team

The Shipping Operations team is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals specializing in orchestrating seamless logistics. As a crucial component of our organization, the Shipping Operations team is entrusted with the mission of ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to customers worldwide. As a part of this team, your primary duty is to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods to customers.

Your responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with shipping carriers.
Owning coordination of shipping activities with carriers for all print providers' portfolios.
Ensuring consistent delivery of shipping profits for all regions in line with company OKRs.
Margins and price competitiveness ongoing analysis, strategy, and implementation.
Shipping price update process end-to-end delivery.
Main carrier contracts ownership. Responsibility for their performance (overall profitability, speed, issue rate).
New ship method sourcing within the region, target ship price negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years of previous experience in a logistics role.
Hands-on approach and a "getting things done" mindset.
Strong negotiating skills, effective communication skills (both written and verbal), problem-solving abilities.
Accuracy, a high sense of responsibility, ability to plan and set priorities.
Self-motivated person with the ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Data-driven mindset - always willing to crosscheck and support decisions/conclusions by data.
Excellent analytical and computer skills (Excel); experience with BI tools would be considered an advantage.
Fluent in English.
