What You Will Do:

• Lead the technical strategy and implementation of our projects. Deliver reliability and efficiency for our AI Chatbot, process automation, and internal tools.
• Mentor team members to grow technically into senior roles, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Ensure high-quality coding standards and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers from other teams, taking on the most challenging AI-related projects.
• Enjoy complete creative freedom to make decisions and implement them from scratch with the support of your team.

What We Expect:

• Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (bonus points for FastAPI). Experience in AI, LLMs, and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of operating and developing large-scale services. This includes the application of scalability and observability best practices, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Ability to build, lead, and implement technical project strategy and architecture.
• Mentorship and the ability to foster team growth and promote high-quality code.
• High curiosity to stay up to date with the state of the art of the fast-moving AI field.
