Responsibilities:

    • Quality Management System (QMS):
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
    • Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
    • Document Control:
    • Oversee the document control process, ensuring all quality-related documents are up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible.
    • Manage document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
    • Maintain records of quality activities, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.
    • Audits:
    • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate external audits conducted by customers, regulatory bodies, and certification organizations.
    • Prepare audit reports, track non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
