Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Type: Full-time, 3-6 month contract
Job Summary: The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and IPC-610 guidelines. This role involves inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of electronic assemblies and components to ensure compliance with IPC-610 standards.
Perform functional testing of products to identify defects and ensure proper operation.
Document and report inspection results, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.
Train and support production staff on quality control processes and IPC-610 standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
IPC-610 certification is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in quality control, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong understanding of IPC-610 standards and their application in electronic assembly.
