LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada, working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone).

THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts across North America. In this pivotal role, the SDR will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, thereby playing a crucial part in the expansion of our customer base within the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, adept at building relationships, and capable of effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients. Join us in driving growth and making a significant impact in the exciting field of sales development.

WHAT YOU´LL DO :

    • Identificate  and target the potential clients in North America through various channels, including outbound outreach,  emails, social media, and other creative approaches.
    • Generation of  new business opportunities by conducting research, understanding customer needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of Apply Digital’s services.
    • Support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner, building relationships, understanding their pain points, and positioning Apply Digital as a trusted digital transformation partner.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, including sales team members and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

    • Management of the sales pipeline using Hubspot to track progress, update records, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Collaboration with the sales team to support sales initiatives, including participating in sales meetings, preparing sales materials, and providing feedback on market trends and customer insights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the digital agency, e-commerce agency, strategic consultancy or digital product studio.
    • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
    • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to research, identify, and qualify leads.
    • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.
    • Knowledge of the North American market and experience selling into that region is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
