The Sales Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in sales support and ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities within the organisation. This position requires a blend of administrative
prowess, communication skills, and a proactive approach to assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

    • Sales Support:

    • Assistance with the preparation and review of sales proposals, contracts, quotes and other documents for clients, using company templates and processes
    • Coordination with internal team members for required information for sales proposals
    • Updating and maintaining the sales database and HubSpot CRM system
    • Downloading Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and addendums from panel sites and complete daily reviews and summaries of the panel sites to identify new opportunities or changes in RFP’s
    • Developing demo content management system (CMS) for sales meetings using the defined training guide
    • Completing and registering prospective deals with partners
    • Formatting of PowerPoint presentations to meet compaby brand guidelines
    • Using ChatGPT for ad hoc policy or content creation requests
    • Developing and posting weekly thought leadership content on the founder's LinkedIn profile
    • Coordinating travel bookings as required

    • Desktop research:

    • Identifying and updating HubSpot with prospective clients eg 40+ credit unions
    • Reviewing and recording contextual information from Credit Union balance sheets to provide insights to next steps eg size, owners, head office location
    • Researching and identifying redundant competitors or companies with similar services for sales opportunities and update in HubSpot

    • Reporting:

    • Configuring and reporting on clients’ websites using Monsido and Fullstory

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • At least two years of experience in a similar role in an IT services business or industry an advantage
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Be a ‘team player’ and willingness to join a dynamic team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools; in particular HubSpot
    • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise
    • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a keen eye for numbers
    • Be a self starter and proactively communicate and seek assistance when required
