  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and provide customers with shipment tracking information.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status updates, delays, or any other relevant information.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
