Our client is an innovative, application and web development company. Working and partnering with healthcare organizations, state agencies and energy service companies. We supply Salesforce, web and mobile application development services and enterprise support utilizing Cloud services to support scaling and availability.
We seek a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer to enhance and support a mature patient management platform.

Responsibilities:
Play a key role in bringing new features and functionality from ideation to execution.
Supporting the team's vision of architecting and delivering the next-generation platform.
Maintain, contribute and adhere to best practices in order to create highly optimized and reusable code.
Ability to complete and juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and product specialists at all levels to distil and evolve product requirements into effective product offerings.
Support the onboarding of new healthcare organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology
Technical Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certification (preferred but not essential)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not essential)
Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in Apex Programming, Lightning experience (at least 1 year), Controllers, Triggers and APIs (SFDX, Lightning, LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, SLDS) or comparable experience in Java Programming.
At least 2 projects experience working in Lightning development projects, custom controls and web components preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle(Agile Methodology), including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
Experience with data manipulation and loading.
Experience developing RESTful APIs to support internal and third-party integration is highly desirable.
Good understanding of best practices of coding standards.
Innovative, self-motivated, passionate individual with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership attributes.
A history of delivering quality code incorporating all functional requirements in a timely manner.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment or independently.
Excellent client interfacing and communication skills.
Discipline in data privacy and HIPAA data security.
Work Availability:
Our client is based in the EST/EDT timezone. We are open to flexibility on this once we have a good knowledge transfer. Let's be honest, if we can do the standup and client meetings and have great output we dont have to work 8 hours a day on the same timezone :)
