Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and software engineers to design scalable and secure blockchain architectures that meet business and technical requirements, and conduct code review for peers
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Rust/Solidity, test, deploy contract to blockchain

Write and maintain java project
Design high reliability services that can withstand large fluctuations in traffic
Monitor our backend performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and find ways to reliably resolve them
Collaborate effectively with other staff to solve complex problems
Qualifications:
At least three years of software development experience
A solid foundation with Rust
Hands-on experience with Solana smart contract and its ecosystem
Ability to write robust, highly efficient, reliable code
Familiar with Java and related technologies
BSc in Computer Science, Math, or similar
Experience with web3 LSD and Solana spl-stake-pool is a big plus
Experience with Solidity is a big plus
