Today, we are searching for that special person as a Customer Acquisition Manager who can help us take Mamo Business to those who need it.

What you will do

    • Identify and generate critical leads specific to the industry in which Mamo’s target customer profile operates. This involves staying updated on industry trends and networking to build a pool of potential customers within the target sector.
    • Leverage your existing network in the UAE to generate new business for Mamo.
    • Use your existing industry knowledge to create a strong lead pool of Mamo’s ideal potential customers.
    • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, starting from initial cold or warm outreach to potential customers. This includes conducting consultative product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. Your role is pivotal in guiding customers through this journey.
    • Assume responsibility for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and objectives. This includes setting clear performance goals, developing strategies to achieve them, and consistently evaluating progress to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
    • Use your previous sales experience and share best practices within the industry to help improve the sales experience for our customers and consistently optimize the sales cycle
    • Regularly manage and maintain internal reporting using the sales tools provided by Mamo. These reports help track key performance indicators, sales metrics, and customer engagement data. This data-driven approach is essential for optimizing strategies and decision-making within the organization.
    • Work closely on a handover plan with the account manager to ensure a smooth transition for our customers 
    • Lead the sales process from beginning to end with a consultative approach leveraging Mamo’s Sales Playbook.
    • Utilize Mamo’s comprehensive suite of products to identify and provide customers with the best opportunities. Your in-depth knowledge of Mamo’s offerings will be instrumental in tailoring solutions that align with customers’ specific needs and goals, ultimately enhancing their success. 
    • Share insights from customer engagements with the product team and sales leadership. 
    • Help collect and screen documentation from prospective customers in coordination with the compliance team.

What we’re looking for

    • At least five years of experience with fintech sales in the UAE.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in completing priorities.
    • Good understanding of the sales process and ability to drive conversations with customers.
    • A strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, is a must; Arabic is a big plus.
