Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assembling electronic and mechanical objects such as modules, boards, panel, and cables for military machinery.
  • Performing detailed assembly and integration of military machinery and components according to technical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
  • Utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to complete assembly tasks.
  • Conducting functional and operational tests on assembled machinery to ensure proper performance.
  • Inspecting and verifying the quality of components and finished products to ensure they meet military and industry standards.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to assembly processes, component fit, and functionality.
  • Analyzing and recommending improvements to assembly procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assembly processes, component usage, and quality inspections.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen due to working with government entities.
  • An active Secret Clearance is a plus; if not, must have the ability to obtain one.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in the assembly of electronic and/or mechanical and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, and cables.
