Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and power systems technologies.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to Navy requirements, including MIL-STD-810 and other relevant military standards.
  • Lead design reviews, project planning, and risk assessments.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Interface with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
