Salary: USD100,000.00 - USD115,000.00

Oversee operations and maintenance of equipment related to configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
Review all project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Schedule and manage job start-up meetings for successful project handoff.
Plan, oversee, and direct projects, working with project supervisors to ensure progress and completion.
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
Review work orders and prepare/negotiating change orders.
Regularly review job status reports to ensure adherence to project expectations.

8+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is a plus and can be substituted for 3 years of experience.
Knowledge of defense contracting and finance, including earned value (EIA-748).
Understanding of integrated hardware and software systems with a high degree of complexity.
Proficiency with computerized estimating.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining solid working relationships with project team members.
Strong organizational skills.
