The Senior Drafter plays a critical role in the successful execution of residential construction projects by producing high-quality technical drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design:
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for residential projects.
Interpret and translate architectural designs and concepts into technical drawings.
Project Collaboration:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the accuracy of drawings.
Participate in project meetings to discuss design concepts, changes, and updates.
Code Compliance:
Ensure all drawings comply with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
