Veeva is looking for a Professional Services Consultant who wishes to become an expert in Veeva China Commercial CRM products, who has a passion for helping China customers achieve their business vision. This role provides implementation services to communication, solution analysis, design of the project as a senior business analyst or project manager. This role will work with the service, product, and development team very closely who are based out of Beijing and Dalian. 

What You'll Do

• Provide project and implementation application consulting as a subject matter expert of Veeva product
• Manage projects resources, timelines, costs, identify critical paths/ dependencies to drive the project forward, and ensure quality execution and implementation
• Cooperate with a customer and Veeva other internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
• Integrate the experience of projects and promote the improvement of implement solution and delivery approach
• Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree
• About 5+ years work experience
• Good communication skills in English
• More than 3 years’ project management and customer-facing experience
• Knowledge in the product implementation process, has technical experiences, such as system integration, SFDC, Python or MySQL, etc.
• Good at business analysis and related solution proposal design
• Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work under big pressure, always commit to the work assigned to you

Nice to Have

• Wechat development experience
• Customer service or consulting experience
• Experience of Solution Architect, or Solution Consulting, etc.
• Veeva CRM experience/knowledge
