Description
PingWind is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to support the Government with administering grants using a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution. The Senior Test Engineer will ensure accurate configuration to align with requirements that support increased effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and automated processing for the Government.
Responsibilities
• Conduct 508, functional, regression, and integration manual testing
• Coordinate with test sites and other team participants to plan test events
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system validation and functional testing
• Track problems and reports on errors that are identified
• Work with developers, end users, and organizations to create test plans and test scripts
• Configure necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing
• Assist with building individual project schedules, test plans, regression testing, and deployment support
• Support testing for a system impact analysis to determine if use cases warrant major system changes
• Suggest process improvements based on quality assurance findings
Skills and Experience
• Automation testing experience using Selenium preferred
• Experience testing with COTS SaaS products
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Ability to research, evaluate, analyze, resolve, and present solutions to problems
• Attention to detail
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues
