Our client is a digital consultancy focused on delivering outstanding technical solutions for apps and websites. We work with clients such as Webjet, Salmat, James Hardie, oohMedia!, Agentbox and much more.
Our projects can have 2 to 12 month lifespans, and are across a broad range of industries from B2B to B2C (travel, real estate, education, medical, builders, fashion, advertising, etc).
We develop end-to-end solutions, building bespoke platforms using cutting-edge technologies.
We are very passionate about code quality and providing a local team to our clients.
First and foremost, we are a software engineering team, not a sales shop trying to push spaghetti code out for profit.

As a senior UX/UI Designer, you will be working closely with our clients & dev team. You will be supported by our GM, Product Owners & Tech Leads.

Must have - Skills & Experience
Experienced using Figma for wireframes and designing
3+ years of experience leading the end-to-end product design process of quality mobile apps & websites
A portfolio demonstrating experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products.
You have experience working with founders or c-level stakeholders
You can confidently run product workshops & user research sessions.
You are a designer that is passionate and cares about good design. Less is more.
You like to think outside the box and can deliver simple yet effective design.
You love creating user flows and low to mid fidelity wireframes that simplify user interactions
You are eager to visually communicate your ideas through prototypes to test with users.
You appreciate big picture thinking.
You are a problem solver that’s excited by a challenge. You love whiteboarding ideas to come up with simple, elegant solutions.
You are an empathetic designer that leverages research and data analysis to design forward thinking solutions.
You have excellent Client Management Skills (communication and transparency is paramount)
You collaborate with the tech lead & devs to ensure your solution is achievable and realistic
Ability to manage multiple products / clients / multitask - We're a consultancy.
