  • Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs, including custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, and integration with other systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate SharePoint solutions with existing systems and applications, as well as perform data migration and content management tasks.
  • Ensure SharePoint solutions adhere to government security standards and compliance requirements, including DISA STIGs and FISMA/NIST guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for SharePoint solutions and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that align with mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, preferably in a government contracting environment supporting the USMC.
  • Active Public Trust clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online (O365), including development, administration, and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint development tools and technologies such as SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and REST API.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools and techniques is preferred.

This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with experience supporting government contracts, specifically the US Marine Corps (USMC), and possessing an active Public Trust clearance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and administration, combined with a deep understanding of government IT environments and security requirements.
