Summary

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MS SharePoint applications to automate business processes.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing SharePoint sites and applications.
• Implement SharePoint governance policies and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve SharePoint-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
• Perform SharePoint Online administration tasks such as user management and site configuration.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint Online solutions and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest SharePoint Online features and industry trends.

Requirements

• An active Public Trust is required.
• 3+ years of experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Expertise with IT applications.
• Working knowledge of configuration management principles.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience with Marine Corps Systems is a plus.
