Shop Supervisor (Turbine Equipment Experience)

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor with experience in turbine equipment to join our team. The Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our turbine equipment maintenance and repair shop, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of turbine equipment, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work to ensure timely completion
• Monitor shop operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow
• Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Provide training and development opportunities for shop employees
• Prepare reports and maintain records of shop activities

$40 - $50 an hour
