In this role, you will manage our social media initiatives across all platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive interaction. As the Social Media Lead, you will craft innovative strategies, take charge of content creation, and lead campaigns that align with our broader marketing objectives. This role is crucial for shaping our digital presence and fostering community engagement in the fast-paced healthcare tech domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
• Create engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality communication.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of relevant content aligned with marketing activities and product launches.
• Oversee and mentor a team of social media specialists, driving both strategy and hands-on content production to ensure active engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to synchronize social media campaigns with corporate milestones and launches.
• Manage reporting and analysis, providing insights into social media performance and adjusting strategies for optimal engagement.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, and strategies to keep Curenta at the forefront of innovation.
• Engage with key influencers and thought leaders to expand community outreach and influencer relationships.
• Wear multiple hats, balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning to achieve company goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing multiple platforms, growing followers, and engaging an audience.
• Expertise in major social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, SEO, and the ability to produce actionable reports.
• Perfect English communication skills, with exceptional content creation and writing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a social media team in a healthcare tech or fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually compelling content.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles to collaborate effectively with development teams.
