Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end across Binance social accounts, focusing on Reddit
Collaborate with the global social team and external departments to promote and build the Binance brand
Engage the community with a crypto-native understanding and knowledge of crypto culture
Generate creative ideas for social posts and campaigns
Work cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other teams

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media roles for brands
Fluency in English
Deep understanding of the crypto market and culture
Basic image and copywriting skills
Basic video editing skills are an advantage
Knowledge of crypto and Binance’s product suite
Strong writing and copywriting skills with clear and concise communication
Strong knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Remote and start-up experience is a plus

Reporting into the central social media team, this role will involve execution and strategy work to support priority business lines with social media marketing. Managing across global social media accounts will be the top priority, with adaptability across platforms key.

Responsibilities:

Help with managing end-to-end across Binance social accounts, with a focus on Reddit
Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance
Focus on bringing our socials closer to our community, with a crypto native understanding, and a great understanding of crypto culture
Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns
Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
Analyze the social media landscape to supply actionable insights

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles for brands
Fluent English language skill
Deep understanding of the crypto market and crypto culture
Basic image, copywriting skills
