Software Architect/Lead Developer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented Software Architect/Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software architecture and development, with proficiency in C#, Rust, JavaScript, and C++. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. This position is onsite 1-2 times a week, additional flexibility available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Architect and design software systems that meet the company's technical and business requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
