Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, which are captured in Use Cases, user Stories, and technical requirements.
  • Develop business cases.
  • Utilize requirements matrices to ensure traceability.
  • Define and document user journeys representing interaction scenarios.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows so they can be both documented and optimized.
  • Develop analysis and requirements artifacts and briefings for executives and senior managers.
  • Plan and lead the transition of business analyst work from the incumbent contractor.
  • Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Assist in the implementation of analysis and requirements processes, including training and support.
  • Lead and mentor team of junior analysts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in gathering requirements, business analysis, and business process reengineering.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects.
  • Experience developing both use cases and user stories.
  • Experience with requirements traceability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading a team of analysts.
  • Experience with Agile processes such as Scrum.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.

Job Description

Salary Range:

The expected pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 yearly.  The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
