Sr. Database Administrator (Secret Clearance Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator with expertise in NoSQL databases and experience with ELT/ETL data flows to join our team. The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems, as well as optimizing data flows and processes for maximum efficiency and performance. Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain database systems using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase)
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Develop and implement ELT/ETL data flows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Collaborate with data architects, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement database solutions
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Develop and maintain documentation of database systems and processes
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in database technology
• Mentor junior database administrators and provide technical guidance
